Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:
Damaged or faulty items: If your camera arrives damaged or not working, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video.
Wrong item received: Let us know within 7 days.
Change of mind: Since each order is shipped specifically for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped. Please double check sizing/color before confirming on WhatsApp.
Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
